We recognize a company's key assets are its people. Our staff has grown together through the many years we’ve been fortunate to associate with each other. We enjoy working daily towards the common goal of servicing our clients and their employees. Below are the backgrounds and areas our staff specializes to provide the level of service you expect and deserve.

Marc A. Hollabaugh, CLU®, ChFC® founded Corporate Benefit Specialists in 1990 to assist companies wanting to effectively communicate to employees the depth and value of their benefits package along with implementing valuable supplemental benefit programs.

Marc entered the insurance and financial services business in 1978 after graduating from Rockhurst University in Kansas City, Missouri. From 1978 until 1987, he developed a successful individual and corporate clientele as an agent and sales manager. From 1987 to 1990 he and a partner managed a benefit communication and supplemental benefits business. He has volunteered in many industry organizations serving as chairman and director of the Kansas City, Missouri CLU, ChFC chapter, along with holding each officer position in NAIFA-Kansas City and serving as president in 1991-92. He is a member of Court of the Table along with having received many industry awards and recognitions.

Marc and his wife Nina, have 2 grown daughters and make their home in Kansas City, Missouri.

Doug Hall joined Corporate Benefit Specialists in 2002 and is involved in all facets of the company's day-to-day activities. His particular area of expertise is benefits implementation and account management. Doug has conducted hundreds of group meetings explaining supplemental and employer funded benefits, as well as managing the complete benefit enrollment process.

Doug began his insurance career in 1997 as a career agent and registered representative for New England Financial providing insurance and financial advice to business owners as well as individuals and their families. While at New England Financial, Doug was recognized as a Leaders Producer along with "Client Builder of the Year" in 1998.

Doug is a graduate of Central Methodist University and has lived in Kansas City, Missouri since 1990. His hometown is Brookfield, Missouri. In his free time Doug enjoys spending time with his friends and golfing, but what he values most is playing sports and sharing life's adventures with his son Dylan.

Lisa Templer has been with Corporate Benefit Specialists since 1991 and manages all aspects of account servicing involving new and existing clients. Lisa answers questions from employers and employees regarding billing, coverage, changes, cancellations and claims procedures. Her objective is to reduce the time our clients invest administering benefit programs. She confirms new policies are issued and billed properly, notifies payroll of any deduction changes and confirms policy changes are completed. Lisa has specialized in the area of customer service and benefits administration since 1977. She is also administrative assistant to Marc Hollabaugh.

Lisa lives in Overland Park, Kansas. She enjoys reading and spending time with family and friends. She has two grown children and loves spoiling her first grandchild.

Anne Switzer joined Corporate Benefit Specialists in 1997. She is responsible for managing all phases relating to the production of personalized employee benefit statements. Attention to detail is critical with Anne having successfully managed hundreds of projects involving thousands of benefit statements.

Her other role involves managing the St. Louis, Missouri area and promoting Corporate Benefit Specialists to Agent/Broker/Consultants and employers near St. Louis, Missouri.

Anne received her BSBA and MBA with an emphasis in Human Resources from Rockhurst University. Anne and her husband Dave, have 3 children and make their home in St. Louis, Missouri.
